David Mayer (Managing Director)

David is leading senior manager in the UK building services industry. He has held Directorships with 2 major UK construction groups:

• Haden Young (32 years service including, Parent Company and Main Board Directorships, and a range of operational roles including Regional Director, London Region, South East Region and Southern Region, and Managing Director of the JV company based in Saudi Arabia)
• AMEC (8 years service including Regional Director, AMEC Group Ltd, Building and Facilities Services, South West Region and Business Development Director, AMEC Group Ltd, Building & Facilities Services Specifically, David was responsible for the very successful BAA Framework business unit, and the successful award of the Terminal 5 contract for the design and build of the building services package, value circa £250m).

His career has encompassed senior strategic and operational management roles with profit responsibility within the UK and abroad (Africa and the Middle East) all requiring the need to identify and implement continuous improvement and in some cases to rescue and reposition failing businesses to ensure their ongoing success.

David has developed key account programmes with major end user clients including Argent Properties, Grosvenor Estates, Land Securities, Arlington Properties now Goodman, Eisai, Marriott Hotels, Whitbread, Lend Lease, Ford, BAA and others.

David's passion now is to make his considerable experience of successful management in the Construction Industry available to clients to help them improve their business performance.
